We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making us feel at home. The entertainment team was excellent, providing us with great entertainment throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the aquapark from our balcony. The location was perfect, not far from the main square and close to the city center. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied food options, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.

This hotel oozed luxury and exclusivity. the Spa & wellness centre was impressive, offering a variety of exclusive treatments such as full body massages, body wraps and facial treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was beautifully designed with plenty of sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a sun terrace. the entertainment was fantastic, with live performances and a night club. the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of halal food options.
The one minor issue I experienced was the service. Although the staff were attentive and hospitable, there were moments when they could have been slightly more efficient and attentive to guests' needs.

Enjoyed our stay, had good 7 days overall. The staff was attentive and best, the breakfast offered was sensational with lots of food. The suite was impressive, had a private safe, a minibar and central heating.

Everything here was good and my room was bright. I got free upgrade and loved it. The restaurant was nice and the staff were brilliant! Pool was nice and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Moreover, parking was on site.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marrakesh with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, with plenty of activities available, such as a visit to Marrakesh with a guide, which was a highlight of our trip. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the views from the hotel were stunning. I especially enjoyed the spa facilities and the free children's club. I couldn't fault anything about our stay.
One downside was that there were no nearby shops open before 10 am or after 6 pm, and the few that were open were quite expensive.
